Progress in our games is automatically saved. The puzzles in We Were Here Expeditions: The FriendShip have a checkpoint after completing a puzzle and entering the next area, however, you cannot start a new journey and re-select checkpoints.
In The FriendShip, we don't have checkpoints in between puzzles that you can navigate back to, because the game works with an overall score at the end of the game. Having checkpoints at every puzzle would mean you are able to redo scores in between. This goes against our idea of conducting a true friendship test and receiving an end score based on your skills and cooperation. You're free to try for better scores while you're at the puzzle itself, by shredding your ticket and playing the puzzle again.
