If you are trying to launch We Were Here Together on PlayStation and can't get past the loading screen, are stuck on retrieving remote settings, or experience other start-up issues, we recommend you to go over the list of solutions below
- Unplug all unnecessary and/or unsupported USB devices
- Reinstall the game
- Make sure you're not using a public network. You could try switching networks (for example your phone's hotspot) to test if this issue is network-related.
- Delete your local save file and your cloud save file
- Update your console and controller
- Reset your key binds to default in your console settings
- Make sure you have a subscription to be able to play online games on your console and that all options for online multiplayer are enabled in your settings
